Key job responsibilitiesRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.Implement practices and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline supply chain operations.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.Analyze data and generate reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable plans to drive continuous improvement.
