For more information about DAWSON, please visit dawsonohana.com .Salary range - $120,000 to $135,000Must be located in the Washington DC metropolitan areaMust have TS/SCIMust have experience with Business Development and Program Management within the intelligence sector.We are seeking an experienced Business Developer with program management skills to lead our efforts in expanding our presence and securing new contracts within the intelligence sector. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of intelligence agencies, their missions, and procurement processes.Duties & Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the intelligence communityDevelop customer and partner engagement plansLead the creation and execution of account plans for key intelligence agenciesExpand the company's penetration in targeted growth areas such as Insider Threat, SIGINT, GEOINT, ALLSOURCE, HUMINTMarket Analysis and Strategy:Analyze intelligence community markets to identify potential opportunities for company products and servicesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for intelligence program offeringsStay informed on intelligence agency priorities, organizational structures, and competitive landscapeProposal Development:Develop compelling proposals and bids for intelligence program contractsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet agency requirementsRelationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in intelligence agenciesNetwork within the intelligence community to gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunitiesProgram Management:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, resources needed and deliverablesManage project budgets and track expensesIdentify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycleCommunicate project statuses, issues, and results to stakeholders at all levelsLead and motivate project team membersEnsure projects meet quality standards and satisfy client requirementsCoordinate internal resources to execute projectsMonitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time, on-budget completionIdentify and mitigate risks across multiple projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field desired5+ years of experience in business development within the intelligence sectorDeep understanding of intelligence community agencies, missions, and procurement processesStrong knowledge of intelligence-related technologies, tools and servicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to obtain and maintain required security clearancesPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant fieldExperience with intelligence and counter-intelligence agenciesTrack record of successful contract wins in the intelligence sectorThis role offers an opportunity to play a key leadership role in expanding our company's impact on critical technology and mission challenges across Intelligence Community accounts.DAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
