Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Identify and dispatch vendors whose skills align with the trade.Recruit new vendors as needed.Negotiate vendor labor and material pricing.Proactively monitor communications with clients to ensure proper updates are sent out, either directly to the client or on their 3rd party system.Answer client and vendor inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Track materials and schedule jobs within client expectations.Work with Project Managers to resolve client/vendor escalations.Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor (including but not limited to processing final invoices, processing vendor invoices, processing PO’s and overseeing documentation that are project related).Job Qualifications:
Commercial construction and/or facility maintenance experience preferred.Strong customer service and management skills.Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.Organized & detail-oriented.Experience working with & managing sub-contractors.Must be creative and think outside the box.Benefits:
