SCOPE OF ROLERegal Rexnord is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of transformation related projects within our IPS segment. Immediate projects will include integration and capability improvements across customer care processes, customer care systems, organization, and automation of workstreams to drive a differentiated service model and best-in-class customer experience. This role will also be responsible for process efficiencies and organizational design support.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESLead a series of complex Commercial integration and transformation projects from planning to completion using the RASCI model to work across functions including customer care, credit, digital, IT, sales & marketing.Lead system integration projects to aid in consolidating current systems and drive process efficiencies.Determine and define project scope / objectives. Lead project from planning to completion through project life cycle.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.Foster collaboration among leadership stakeholders to drive execution of initiatives that will enable Commercial improvements and synergy goals.Establish robust communication strategies to report on project status, communicate critical issues to external and internal customers, offer solutions, and implement corrective actions.Lead project status meetings between stakeholders, resources, and leadership.Recommends and executes strategies that will directly impact the achievement of overall function or department results.Review, edit, develop, and deploy any new project management systems required to ensure integration of best-practices which will drive sustainable execution of projects.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements; Track project costs to meet budget.Act as primary interface regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is managed, and milestones deliverables are met.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required.
