Engaging service, delicious cuisine and distinctive surroundings make every special event a truly memorable affair. As Outlet Manager, you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of every group function – and model exceptional service and leadership skills among your team.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage the Outlets team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedAddress guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyTrain Supervisors and colleaguesBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsWork closely with the Culinary and Stewarding team to ensure all banquet/meeting requirements are in placeWork with the Conference Services & Catering department to ensure that revenue and guest satisfaction levels are maximizedManage the departmental budgetFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualifications

Previous leadership experience in food & beverage requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional Information
