Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customersEnsure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basisSolicit group, transient and/or banquet business through action plan preparation and executionEstablish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contractsParticipate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizationsMaintain accounts, contacts, activities and business details within the appropriate software applicationsWork closely with Catering and Front Office to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfiedPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as requiredBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications

Previous Sales experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000
