We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for the flow and accuracy of all materials into and out of our newest plant in Mesquite, Texas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Inbound: Manages physical moves and system related transactions of all inventory to support production of various trailers. Ensures procedures are followed. Offers recommendations for improvement of procedures.

Inbound: Directs material handlers to place inventory for production in correct locations either in designated work stations, fixtures or carts. Ensures unused materials are returned to stock in accordance with procedures. Weekly time expenditure: 40%

Warehouse Management: Designs and maintains stocking profile. Requests cycle counts from assigned resource to ensure inventory accuracy. Deltas in inventory investigated and corrective action plans implemented and monitored. Weekly time expenditure: 30%

Outbound: Supervises the shipment of all finished goods to fulfill customer orders in accordance with established procedures. Weekly time expenditure: 30%

Assists in other work areas, as needed, during absences/shortages of staff

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent math aptitude, capable of handling large volumes of item numbers and new product launches.

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze and interpret shipping documents.

Capable of performing duties and meeting deadlines in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment; tolerance for frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

Comfortable working and communicating with diverse groups.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

General knowledge of ERP systems.

Able to handle working on and completing projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.

Education/Certification:

3 years of experience in a warehouse role.

2 years of supervisory experience.

High School diploma or GED required. Degree or some college preferred.

Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Will supervise 4-5 material handlers (Inbound / Line-Feed / Shipping).

Will have access to other shared resources that are under the auspices of the Director of Supply Chain Operations to assist in the successful completion of duties and responsibilities as outlined above.
