In the Division of Student Affairs, Initiatives for Identity Inclusion and Belonging is looking for a dynamic student affairs professional with passion and experience for supporting students in cultivating religious and spiritual diversity, and experience working with or leading interfaith dialogues. In the role of Assistant Director, the incumbent will lead our religious, spiritual well-being, and interfaith initiatives and manage the day-to-day operations of our Gathering Space for Spiritual Well-Being. The Assistant Director will join a team of professional and student staff committed to cultivating a socially just campus community through diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice-oriented education and programming. Additionally, the Assistant Director will round out our diversity, equity, and inclusion expertise by bringing knowledge and background in the realm of spiritual diversity, religious identity, and pluralism in the lives of college students.
