We're looking for an
Operations Manager
who will be responsible for the cross-functional planning and execution of new assay launches within our Genomics business, primarily focused on oncology.
What You’ll Do
Lead operational excellence within a large cross-functional team.
Contribute to the development and launch of a portfolio of projects, including new laboratory developed tests (LDTs) and new operational workflows.
Collaborate with leaders across a variety of disciplines (Clinical Lab, Medical Affairs, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing) to implement new features and assay launches for our Oncology business.
Own stakeholder communication, expectations management, timelines, and the end-to-end project plan for assay development.
Propose and build new workflows to solve problems and support operational needs within the internal operations, lab, and medical teams.
Identify, design, and implement continuous improvements to our assay launch playbook; maintain a strong feedback loop so that each subsequent launch is more successful than the last.
Role may eventually include direct supervisor responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years of operating experience including scaling teams and a track record of exceeding KPIs.
Previous project management experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible and resilient with the ability to execute on changing business priorities.
Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple projects at the same time.
Driven to identify problems as they arise and manage solutions.
Demonstrates the ability to foster growth in people and teams.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans.
Ability to tailor communication based on the needs of cross-functional teams and business leaders.
Keen eye for understanding business need and relative prioritization across projects.
Curiosity and intrinsic motivation to learn.
