This will include mobilization, operations, maintenance, and facilities. Ensuring that all contractual documents and obligations are provided and meet the timelines established by the agreement. In addition, this position will coordinate with the contracted staff to ensure all planning, and development of contractual documents are developed and recorded throughout the term of the contract.Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide effective coordination and oversight for departmental work to ensure the successful execution of the delivery of services associated with the contracts.Liaison with contracted staff in the execution of Contract Task.Create and implement standardized practices and procedures used by contracted staff, including but not limited to records retention, document review, and contract deliverables.Participate in the preparation and administration of document creation, document control, and implementation of contractual deliverables.Respond to inquiries from a variety of staff, on preparing data and information to support a timely response.Collaborate with managers and various departments to accomplish organization and department objectives.Monitor and evaluate staff to establish training needs related to the administration of the contract to ensure objectives and expectations are met.Provide accurate reports and updates to the customer and various stakeholders.Required Skills/Abilities:
English oral and written communication and record keeping ability.Strong Project or Contract management skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to manage contractual requirements and provide guidance to others related to contract deliverables.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Business or related field or equivalent experience.2 years of experience as a contract or project manager.5 years’ experience working as a business or administrative assistant.Physical Requirements:
Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Other:
