CEO - Real Estate Startup, West LAOur client is seeking an innovative and high-performing leader to join their team as the CEO of a property management firm. The ideal candidate has established experience as a senior executive within the residential property management field. They will have a solid understanding of the industry, in addition to a collaborative and hands-on approach to leadership. The CEO will be instrumental in scaling the business and must have the ability to build and grow a high-performing team. Candidates must have a strong financial background, extensive experience in property management, and substantial knowledge of both CA and Real Estate law. A Bachelor’s degree is required, an MBA is a plus, and the salary range for this role is $175-200k DOE.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Developing business strategyTeam leadershipFinancial managementDeveloping client acquisition strategiesOperations managementStaying up to date with industry trendsRisk managementRequirements:Experience as a CEO or Executive LeaderStrong leadership and management skillsExtensive experience within residential property managementStrong financial skillsExperience using Appfolio, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelWe will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
