We are a very successful independent buy here pay here dealership group looking for additional talent and have openings for experienced general managers and numerous other positions including Car Salesman, Lot Tech, Mechanics, Office Managers, Collection agents, etc. for our multiple locations in Upstate, South Carolina. Job description may vary based on your position.
We are not looking for managers outside the physical area i.e. Greenville, Greer, Fountain Inn.
General Manager Job Description:As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving results through strong teams and maintaining effective customer interactions. You will also manage the activities of all sales staff to ensure sales targets and the highest level of customer service. Your job duties will include:
Supervising and monitoring all activities in a dealership.
Helping salespeople achieve their goals.
Training and motivating salespeople.
Working directly with the top management team.
Responding to customer concerns to ensure full resolution.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in an automotive sales management position with experience in finance and used car management.
Solid working knowledge of computers and dealership systems.
Strong collections experience.
Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Successful background in a financial role is a plus.
