for someone excited to work at the intersection of software and business. You'll be trained to become a subject matter expert across Odoo's many diverse apps (there are over 50!). If you have a proactive, "get it done" adventurous spirit, this job is for you.Responsibilities:Be a full-cycle ERP Business System Analyst for the North American market, providing our clients with a top-notch end-user implementation experience.Manage client relationships while implementing Odoo SaaS solutions.Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations to map their processes to Odoo's solutions.Quantify the resources required for a task/project related to an Enterprise Resource Platform implementation.Project manage ERP implementations to create systems used by clients.Collaborate with Odoo's developers to execute clients' business requirements.Work with clients to train their end users on the Odoo platform.Must-Have:Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 1-year of experience as a Business System Analyst or relevant role.Excellent planning, mapping, and communication skills combined with client interaction.An affinity with the Information Technology world, understanding the use cases of ERP.SQL Relational Database literacy.Nice to Have:1 to 5 years of aligned experience implementing software/ERPs, project managing, consulting to clients, or similar.Experience with ERP or in a SaaS company.Available immediately.Additional languages (Spanish or French preferred).Values:Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on attitude.Open-mindedness and agility in reacting to change.Intrapreneur mindset with the initiative.Quick and autonomous learner.Passion for software.Approachable, honest, and a fun team player.Compensation and Perks:Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter Benefits.PTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidays.Employee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals.$100 towards a work-from-home office setup.Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employees.The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$100,000.
