Thirsty Moose Taphouse is looking for a General Manager! We are a fast-growing, high-volume restaurant group that focuses on amazing beer and even better food!
General Managers are responsible for all facets of the business including:
Hiring, training, developing, and scheduling all positions
Creating a positive culture within the restaurant
Running and overseeing day-to-day operations
Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
Setting high standards for service, respect, and professionalism amongst all staff
Ensuring company policies and standards are adhered to
Maintaining clear communication with the operations team
Executing bi-weekly inventory
Ordering and inventorying beer, wine, and liquor
Monitoring and maintaining food, liquor, and labor costs
Scheduling and executing events and promotions
Attracting new customers and increasing restaurant sales
Requirements:
At least 2 years management experience in a full-service establishment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
Strong knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
Computer proficient
This is a full-time position salaried at 50 hours per week. Benefits offered include health insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401k plan with company matching, and PTO. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
