Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience, actively fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food quality, inventory management, and financial performance.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new guests and build brand awareness.
Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to strengthen the establishment's presence in the community.
Wine Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of wine and be able to guide staff on wine knowledge and pairings.
Qualifications:
Experience as a General Manager in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant setting.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
Guest Focus: Passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service, food safety, and inventory management.
Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
