Job Spec – Fund Connect Client Service and Production SupportWho we are looking forClient support specialist to assist in supporting Fund Connect White Label Portal.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets (SSGM). As our investment research and trading arm, SSGM’s number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients’ portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world.Join us if making your mark in the capital markets industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs Fund Connect Support Specialist you will:Review Fund information on platform for completeness and accuracy.Assist in onboarding new Admin Operators.Manage Holiday Calendars and Notifications.Coordinate data setup and maintenance with the Fund Connect development team.Resolve client inquiries/issues.Review account balances for completeness and assist in sourcing updated data as needed.Establish/Maintain relationships with Portal Providers.Monitor Integrations (data, trade, and file transfers) and coordinate issue resolution.Provide platform training to all operators (ongoing).Participate in new feature testing and training.Assist portal operators in maintaining their UAT region (balance updates, fund information).Assist in collating and tracking testing feedback and enhancement requests.Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and develop new procedures as needed.Participate in periodic SLA reviews as needed.Design and implement operational controls to support risks associated with new business.Coordinate production support schedule including off-hours support coverage as needed.Assist with development and implementation of process monitoring tools, workflow management tools, and client data sharing workflows.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously.Ability to develop business relationships within and outside the organization.Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task, balance workload, and work in a deadline-oriented position.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent work experience in a financial role.Client Service experience.Technical aptitude with a wide range of applications, including the MS Office suite, and virtual collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.Ability to understand and navigate a complex global organization.Comfortable in a remote work environment, inclusive of training and feedback.Fluency in English at a minimum, and any other languages a plus.6+ years related financial industry experience including 3 years of operations or client service experience.Working knowledge of the financial industry and all related instruments.About State StreetWhat we do:

$80,000 - $132,500 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
