Job Description:

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing Brisk Health’s comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will lead all aspects of marketing, from brand development to digital marketing and customer acquisition. You will collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall business goals, ensuring Brisk Health's continued expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.

Lead all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, PR, content creation, product marketing, and customer outreach.

Manage and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and results-driven execution.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, ensuring measurable performance and ROI.

Drive customer engagement and retention through innovative strategies and campaigns.

Develop strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and visibility in key markets.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adapt marketing strategies as needed.

Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels to maximize efficiency and growth.

Report on marketing performance metrics to the executive team, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing leadership role.

Extensive experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team.

Demonstrated success in scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing marketing performance through analytics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with executives, product teams, and external partners.

Healthcare, technology, or startup experience is a plus but not required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
