To help us achieve our ambitious goals, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our growth strategy.

Position Overview:

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for driving Brisk Health's overall growth strategy, including scaling our operations, expanding our market presence, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading growth initiatives in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a strong ability to execute strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Brisk Health's mission and long-term goals.

Lead efforts to expand Brisk Health’s market presence, including geographic expansion, new service lines, and partnerships.

Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, including strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and innovative business models.

Collaborate with the executive team to align growth initiatives with operational capabilities and financial targets.

Oversee marketing, sales, and business development functions to drive patient acquisition and retention.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform growth strategies.

Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role focused on growth, business development, or strategic planning, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives, scaling businesses, and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including regulatory considerations and patient needs.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
