The ideal candidate will manage high-level and strategic legal matters across various stages of progression, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work independently while producing high-quality legal work, maintaining ethical standards, and contributing to business generation efforts.Duties:

Manage and oversee multiple high-level legal matters simultaneously, from inception to conclusion.Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys to ensure the smooth progression of cases.Produce detailed and high-quality legal work, ensuring all client services meet the firm's standards.Bill the required hours to support excellent client service and meet firm requirements.Actively contribute to business development through group and individual efforts.Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.Demonstrate a strong interest in advancing a career in litigation and life sciences IP.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in a Life Sciences discipline preferred.Expertise in immunology, genetics, molecular biology, and/or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Licensed to practice law in Nevada (NV) in good standing.Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm, with preference given to candidates with 6+ years of experience.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in a Life Sciences discipline preferred.Certifications:

Registered to practice before the USPTO.Licensed to practice law in Nevada (NV) in good standing.Skills:

Strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.Proven track record of producing quality legal work.Strong interest and background in litigation and life sciences IP.Ability to generate business and contribute to firm growth.
