To give a taste of our brand's popularity, Poppy Playtime had 7.5 billion views of Huggy Wuggy videos on YouTube.

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for leading channel strategy and delivering topline revenue specific to the growing Mob Entertainment's DTC and Amazon.com business. The role will drive a strategic vision and clear roadmap to deliver success, defined by financial targets.

This role will focus on driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and maximizing revenue through marketing initiatives, optimization of digital platforms, and product analysis and management. The candidate will also work with Mob Entertainment licensees to ensure the best selling products are represented and merchandised on all storefronts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, DTC and a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Establish their role as subject matter expert on e-commerce and Amazon strategy.

Identify strengths and weaknesses in the current Mob Entertainment DTC strategy.

Make recommendations and act on approved strategies.

Work with licensing partners to ensure a robust portfolio of products are represented in the DTC and Amazon stores.

Own portfolio, product marketing and promotional calendar development and management.

The role will drive a strategic vision and clear roadmap to deliver success.

Skills Required:

4+ years of experience in DTC, eCommerce and Amazon.com.

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data, opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in understandable and actionable ways.

Understanding of full digital purchase funnel.

Understanding and experience in developing and implementing product promotional calendars.

Strong track record of effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing and product management teams.

Measure revenue generation and costs on all initiatives to validate positive returns on resources and investments related to site activities.

Develop and execute a multi-channel traffic generation strategy to increase organic traffic, including but not limited to, SEO, email and SMS.

Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate efforts across PR, social media, influencer, brand ambassador and affiliate programs to generate high-value traffic to the site.

Plan and manage the promotions calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional activities.

Continuously optimize the eCommerce site for performance, user experience, and conversion rate.

Implement A/B testing, UX improvements, personalization, and other best practices to enhance the customer journey and significantly boost site performance.
