Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with project leads on problem solving and process improvement projects to enable the client to meet organizational goals.In this role, you will support and contribute to the collection and analysis of data, generate presentations related to the problem and desired outcomes, generate insights and recommendations, and support the client during the execution of solutions towards their desired outcome. As a Lead Associate, you have the skills and ability to execute most of these functions independently, utilizing established methods, with the benefit of team feedback and guidance.The Continuous Improvement - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities in collaboration with project leads:Collaborate with project leads to define the objectives of projects to solve the right problem at the right levelSupport and execute on comprehensive data collection, research, and observations to support root cause problem solvingSupport design and implement systematic approaches to analyze data derived from interviews, process documents, and independent research to generate meaningful insights and presentations, telling a story that resonates with clients with actionable solutionsMonitor and report on the performance of deliverables, products or project teamsSupport, as needed, stakeholder management for project leads with the client to enable their execution of priorities for the enterpriseTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences:At least 4 years of relevant experienceSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandSkilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help of computer software to communicate ideas, particularly using PowerPointExperience in fact gathering, conducting focus groups and interviews, designing surveys, etc.Experience managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExcellent communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.The group of skills related to Business Process Management including business process mapping, process design and implementation, etc.Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectivesExperience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomesAdeptness at influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictTools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneNoteDesired Experiences:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectivesExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsSkilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making.Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataLearning and training experience, including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systemsRelationship management experience including managing and engaging stakeholdersSkilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BIBusiness knowledge in the areas of Single Family, Multifamily, Finance, or Banking and Financial ServicesFamiliarity with Lean Management concepts and methodologiesExperience with Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, ConfluenceThe future is what you make it to be.
