THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Treasury Product Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Collaborate with management to implement design strategy for new and existing products.Create best practices and provide hands-on coaching/mentoring on product discovery and execution. Regularly review the ideas and plans of product owners in your organization.Align business goals with product vision; create and execute product strategy.Ensure holistic view of how the entire system fits together from a business point of view (product vision, strategy, functionality, business rules, and business logic).Continuous Learning mindset and fostering an MVP (minimum viable product) mindset - through discovery and during development. Maximize value and customer outcomes against cost and time.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required ExperiencesAt least 6 years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Expertise and demonstrated success in creating digital platforms that are readily scalable and reusable, improving time to market.Expertise in product specification techniques: user story mapping, behavior-driven development (BDD).Ability to and experience in designing products which can rapidly respond to changes in regulatory needs and industry mandates.Product development experience including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, and prototyping.Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.Product Management experience including managing demand, releases, and backlog.Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyze the inputs, outputs, and process.Desired ExperiencesExperience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.Expert skills in influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Excellent communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication.Understanding of Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk.Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies and awareness of emerging technologies and trends to leverage for creating new business value propositions.Knowledge and understanding of data and analytics of fixed income instruments.Additional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
