As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET technologies. You will architect and implement cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure, and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure code quality and optimize performance. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, stay updated with industry trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in agile development processes.Skills and Requirements:Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure.Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.Optimize performance of applications and services to ensure high availability and reliability.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
