ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:Lead a dynamic team of 6-7 direct reportsFoster a collaborative and high-performance cultureProvide coaching and mentorship to team membersSales Quota Management:Average Sales Manager Quota: $1M dependent upon AE level of each rep on your teamSet and communicate sales targets and quotasDevelop strategies to achieve and exceed team quotasRegularly review and analyze team performance metricsSpecific Responsibilities Include:Manage a defined Territory Sales Team to exceed their designated sales quotas Collaborate with the VP of Sales to formulate and mature staffing models and territory assignments to close new regional business

Manage the hiring, training and onboarding process of new hires to accelerate the ramp to full productivity as well as daily coaching and mentoring on an ongoing basis

Execute a metrics-driven sales process that improves the quality and quantity of activity that leads to closed business

Acquire a deep understanding of the issues and needs of the clients to help the Territory Sales Team effectively communicate companies value proposition in alignment with the client's objectives

Proactively identify and execute new revenue and program expansion opportunities for the Territory Sales Team

Maintain accountability for sales processes and activity standards as well as CRM usage demonstrate the values of the company in everyday interactions both inside and outside of the company

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

Requires 25-30+% travel

Professional Experience / QualificationsIdeal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Prior successful SaaS sales leadership and consultative sales experience with demonstrated revenue growth (Deep understanding of SaaS/SMB)

Ability to build and manage remote teams that are responsible for closing new business and growing relationships for SaaS offerings

Experience in creating and maintaining solid process management procedures and accountabilities Extensive experience in using Salesforce.com to measure activity, opportunities, and outcomes Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture where team members care about each other and work together collaboratively

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets Excellent presentation, organization, communication & negotiation skills

Exceptional team leadership skills Account planning, metrics-driven sales process, forecasting and SalesForce.com skills
