The ideal candidate will have commercial litigation experience and will handle complex issues related to privacy, data protection, intermediary liability, defamation, and other technology-related disputes. This role involves developing case strategies, collaborating with global counsel teams, and advising technology companies on regulatory and compliance matters.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCase Management:

Handle cutting-edge litigation issues for large technology companies on matters involving privacy, data protection, defamation, consumer protection, and other technology-related disputes.Strategy Development:

Develop and drive case strategy, draft client advice and briefing, and serve in a product advisory role for complex international disputes.Litigation Support:

Assist in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation complaints to brief drafting and witness preparation. Draft substantive pleadings and oversee implementation of litigation strategies globally.Regulatory Guidance:

Guide clients through regulatory investigations by international data protection authorities, consumer protection agencies, and other international bodies. Draft written submissions, forecast potential outcomes, and advise on compliance strategies.Product and Policy Advice:

Advise clients on risk assessments for new products, policies, and business structures, as well as on proposed legislation and regulations worldwide.Social Media Analysis:

Analyze reports of unlawful social media posts and moderation of user accounts. Research and present global legal analyses impacting social media companies, including intermediary liability, hate speech, and defamation.Client Communication:

Synthesize legal concepts into clear, digestible advice for clients, including non-legal business stakeholders. Maintain excellent client service and professionalism.RequirementsEducation:

Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.Licensing:

Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm.Skills:

Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent drafting skills.Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts into accessible client advice.Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.Attention to detail and commercial/business awareness.Creative thinking and intellectual curiosity.Motivated to develop professional skills and take advantage of growth opportunities.Proactive, resourceful, and a self-starter with excellent professionalism.Team player with the ability to work independently on specific tasks.Foreign language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Hebrew) is a plus.
