Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving, monitoring, and reporting on strategic, operational and financial objectives of all program(s) for assigned strategic customer accounts, including engine component MRO and New-Make activities. Proactively engage in cross-functional processes to deliver long-term margin maximization for key contracts and produce high levels of customer satisfaction that drive business growth.Specific deliverables include:Establish and demonstrate "customer-centric" global account team leadership that produces a high level of customer satisfaction and profitable growthUtilize an integrated business-wide performance dashboard to identify issues requiring improvement to increase margin expansionIdentify and drive actions needed to fulfill contractual KPI's across key functional disciplines (including operations/quality/finance/customer service) while fostering positive customer relationships and adhering to internal policies and contractual requirementsCollaborate closely with Sales personnel regarding key growth initiatives, including market research-based programs to expand existing market share and capture new opportunitiesEstablish strategic plans for bid development on new programs, contract extensions and amendmentsCoordinate execution of negotiated contract terms, lead concessions negotiations associated with warranties, damaged/lost parts, penalties, rotables, etc., and support resolution of account receivable issuesSupport cross-functional AOP process to set annual financial goalEstablish, document and continuously improve processes that impact Customer ExperiencePosition Requirements & Preferences10 years aviation experience minimum, preferably in aftermarket services10 years experience minimum in Business Development, Sales, Strategy, Customer Facing or Operations rolesDemonstrated business acumen, ability to generate business cases and execute financial plansStrong demonstrated contract negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent education/experience; MBA preferredExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an eye for detailStrong knowledge of StandardAero products, processes, and customer requirementsStrong project management skillsExperience in remotely managing teams and individuals in a globally-based business networkUnyielding integrity & ability to maintain composure in a high pressure, rapidly changing environmentStrong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skillsStrong negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skillsStrong product knowledge, including engine applications, fundamental technical knowledge of maintenance characteristicsFamiliarity with Windows Applications, Domo, and ability to learn additional software applications as requiredAbility to work flexible hours with occasional overtime when needed to ensure responsibilities are fulfilledWillingness to travel as needed to customer sites and intra-company facilitiesBenefits that make life better:Comprehensive Healthcare5% 401K / RRSP MatchingPaid Time OffBonus OpportunitiesShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife & AD&D InsuranceLearning & Training opportunitiesRaising the Standard of Excellence since 1911With over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
