Behavioral Health Clinical Director
Residential Youth Care (RYC) is seeking qualified, licensed applicants for a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Director. The position oversees clinical operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and manages and maintains clinical service systems within the agency. The Clinical Director ensures quality behavioral health services, develops policies, maintains accurate records, facilitates efficient and effective service delivery, oversees client progress and treatment, participates in staff training and development, and represents the agency in the community and with other agencies as part of the senior management of RYC. Their leadership drives improvement and supports the organization’s success.
Minimum Requirements:
Either Doctorate Degree with 4 years’ experience or Master’s Degree with 6 years’ experience working in a social service setting
Must be Licensed and able to provide supervision in the State of Alaska
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership
Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic health records preferred
Experience in Residential Behavioral Health Treatment preferred
Valid Alaska Driver’s License
Ability to pass a pre-employment UA and background check
Job Details:
Job Type: Full Time, ExemptSalary: $110,000-135,000 DOEBenefits: Health insurance, HRA, Health Insurance Waiver Monthly Stipend, Life insurance, free access to RYC's Fitness Center, 403 B Retirement plan 5% annual employer contribution, paid leave, and 8 paid holidays.
RYC offers a $5000 sign on bonus for this position paid in installments following 30, 60, 90 days and 6 months of hire.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
