Contribute to the implementation (design, simulation-based verification, and chip integration) and validation of new and derivative ICs using the Advanced Silicon Germanium process. Perform system level and block level IC design activities including Circuit Architecture definition, circuit design, schematic capture, circuit and sub-system simulation, chip floor-planning and layout planning. Create clear documentation of design and product development activities to ensure high quality designs and to support dissemination of important design information to cross-functional teams. Work with Characterization and Product Engineers to define, conduct and analyze data from product performance. Take different roles in different projects as needed for project success. Wage $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year. Telecommuting is permitted.What We're Looking ForMaster's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following:Analog integrated circuit design.Deep sub-micron CMOS or BiCMOS technologies.Designing mixed signal integrated circuits including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators, or other analog circuits.IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Virtuoso, Synopsys, Xilinx, Calibre.AMS chip level verification and behavioral modeling of analog and mixed signal circuits.Understanding of the physical layout requirements.Performing the critical layouts for various analog circuits.Evaluating the prototype unit to the design specification in Lab testing.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsWith competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
