We address the bandwidth, capacity and power issues faced by cloud computing, mega data centers that power the social media giant platforms. Join our team of experts and make a difference in an exciting career opportunity.What You Can ExpectDevelop high-speed transceivers with multi-GHz ADC/DAC (Analog to Digital Converter/Digital to Analog Converter), serial and parallel I/O (Input/Output) and clock generation/distribution for SoC (System on Chip) integrated circuits (ICs). Design complex ICs in state-of-the-art CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) process technologies and place products into production. Use Cadence design flow to create design ability for solving problems with the highest level of speed and power performance. Serve as an internally recognized specialist on complex technical and business matters and champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity. Build strong identity team and support team members on projects being worked on. Audit/help on team design reviews and ensure delivery of the highest quality designs from the team members. Align team goals to organization goals, develop work plan to guide team, reduce redundancy and complexity while increasing productivity and build cross-functional collaboration for team. Establish and adjust team practices, mentor design members, allocate resources for projects, analyze project plans, and team progress and clarify accountability. Resolve disputes, remove roadblocks, and encourage innovation. Wage $210,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year. Telecommuting is permitted.What We're Looking ForMaster's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.Experience must include each of the following:Four (4) years in IC design including chip tape-out, lab evaluation of design, and correlation of silicon measurements to simulation.Four (4) years using EDA CAD tools, performing Analog Custom Extraction, Simulations, Layouts and System Modeling.Four (4) years designing high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs.Project experience using deep submicron processes smaller than 65nm technology.Transistor level design, device physics, control system and feedback loop stability analysis.Project experience in at least one of the following areas: Precision Analog design, ADC-DAC design, PLL or clock/freq generation design, or RF/High-Speed transceiver (>10GHz+) design.Employer will accept pre- or post-Master's degree experience.
