Digital Marketing Project Manager (NON-IT)Possible Contract to HireHybrid: 3 days onsite, with no deviation (required onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)NO C2COur CPG client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to ensure all communication initiatives via paid media, organic, social and email channels are launched on time. This role will be supporting a hight profile division with multiple audiences. In this role, one will serve as project management lead taking on the following responsibilities and tasks:Work closely in partnership with Marketing Communications Strategy team for efficient and effective end-to-end coordination of projectsDevelop and maintain project plans and documentation in accordance with established processes and standardsEnter project tasks, assignments, dependencies, etc. into Workfront and manage portfolios of Workfront projectsCollaborate to ensure stakeholders are aware and accountable for action items, projects, and programs, and that deliverables are high quality and on time. This includes heavy scheduling responsibilities (kick-off and status meetings, etc.)Provide ongoing and appropriate status updates, meeting notes/action items, etc. to stakeholders throughout each projectParticipate in the establishment of timelines and processes for deliverables and ensure all deadlines are metTo be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:4+ years of creative project management experience, if you have your CAPM credentials, all the better!Past experience tracking: Paid, Social, and Email campaign launchesInternal and agency managementWorking knowledge of WorkfrontStrong ability to map out timelines based on multiple variablesAbility to prioritize workload based on department/agency capacityStrong negotiation skills and ability to influence without authoritySet priorities between numerous key programsAbility to effectively communicate in person and in writingHigh attention to detail and process-orientedEffective problem-solver, able to think through and propose alternative optionsWhile on contract, Digital People is proud to offer major medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits.
