Junior Creative Project Manager (NON IT)

1 year contract, 40 hours a week

Hybrid, Mettawa, IL. 3 days a week (Mettawa is between Buffalo Grove and Lake Forest)

NO C2COur global pharma client is seeking an eager, junior professional to join their team as a junior creative project manager. If you are a go-getter who takes initiative, has an interest in the creative/marketing space, as well as the pharmaceutical landscape, then read on! Our client is looking for an early career professional who has worked in some capacity with cross functional teams and is obsessed with rules, regulations, and following process. The pharma industry must adhere to very strict regulatory and legal guidelines and with that comes a lot i dotting and T crossing! This could be your chance to be the sponge that you are and take advantage of this amazing opportunity to learn how a creative department runs from the ground up and see how a creative project manager helps keep those projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met.Key Tasks:* Develop project schedules, allocate resources and communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure deliverables and key milestones are met on time and within budget

* Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients to review progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Capture notes and distribute recaps with action items.

* Set up and manage routes for all projects through the internal agency approval process (Kantata, SmartSheet,WorkFront)

* Understand the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (Veeva) review process and prepare all assets and documentation for submission and review in accordance with Promotional Material Review Process

* Coordinate interactive resources with studio/programming/creative leads

* Be the primary point of contact for all third-party development/deployment vendors providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns

* Create, compile, and maintain project and department documentation as needed (technical documentation, server folder structure, spec sheets, estimate tracking, etc.)

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree required

* 0-1 years of ad agency experience preferred, project management and pharmaceutical experience a plus

* Strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written

* Understanding of print and digital project lifecycles and different project management methodologies/styles

* Familiarity with print production process, web technologies and digital trends

* High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
