NO C2C, NON ITOur pharma client is seeking a Creative, Digitally focused, Project Manager to join their large, inhouse creative team. The right professional must come with 3-5 years of experience and have managed the FULL life cycle of a digital creative project from:

ScopeResourceKick off meetingEstablishing timelinesStatus meetingslaunchMust have managed digital campaigns: Emails, Banner Ads, Sales Aids, Social Media, Websites/Landing pages

PROJECT/PROCESS MANAGEMENT

* Prepare, maintain, or review digital, marketing, project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly.

* Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Set up and manage routes for digital assets within the Agency project management system.

* Schedule all team meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps with action items.

* Coordinate resources with team leads.

* Assist Digital Manager and Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines.

* Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.

* Track time on a daily basis.The right professional will come with the following experience:Bachelor degree requiredHave managed digital marketing campaigns from A to ZExcellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, writtenHigh energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility roleAbility to manage high volume project scope in a fast paced creative environmentGreat collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
