And you will find a career home where you're valued and supported in your growth journey.Enterprise offers career opportunities in our offices across the country with an exceptional benefits package .Job Description SummaryThis role will be responsible for the delivery of business change management activities and is essential for guiding Enterprise (all divisions and business lines) through periods of transition, particularly during the implementation of organization-wide change or transformation initiatives, such as driving HR, compensation philosophy initiatives or IT integration projects. Responsible for effectively delivering business change management activities across projects and initiatives. Ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved and the relevant stakeholders are ready and prepared for the change. Manage the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, business transition plans, business readiness, and communication plans. Ensure effective communication and implementation strategies. Liaise with support functions such as HR and corporate communications to help support overall project initiatives. Oversee the definition of training needs and delivery plans of various initiatives and lead the initiative involving company training. Identify and develop risk mitigation and create resolution recommendations related to the delivery of the change program.

Job DescriptionProven experience leading and managing complex change initiatives within a large-scale matrix and decentralized organization.Provide holistic leadership, promote a positive culture, and ensure an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and respect in alignment with the company's behaviors and cultural principles.Develop and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) change management strategy.Lead a Change Management Center of Excellence. Develop, maintain, and expand a community of organizational change readiness advocates across ESS to provide sustainable services.Create training programs to support CM capability developmentProvide consulting and oversight to ensure organizational change is effectively managed.Identify and assess the scope of change initiatives and develop plans accordingly.Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of the ESS portfolio of change management initiatives.Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful change initiatives.Attract, develop, and retain high-performing, diverse talent; build future leaders through development, mentoring, and modeling excellence.Facilitate and lead workshops and meetings to identify, plan, and implement change initiatives.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure successful organizational change.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate change management activities and results.Identify and assess potential risks associated with change management initiatives.Qualifications:10-12 years of experience

leading organizational change readiness efforts with an expert-level understanding of methodologies, including experience with large-scale matrix, decentralized organizational change readiness efforts.Bachelors Degree Preferred or combination of education and experience.Total Rewards at Enterprise:You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.The base salary for this role is $145,000 to $170,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
