This role leads talent management initiatives, training and development programs, and provides effective organizational development support and consultative services to employees, leaders, and teams with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Provides generalist business partnering support to all levels of employees for assigned business groups. The Senior Director assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and recommends, designs, and implements integrated solutions. This role will manage a team and collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management and organizational development in a dynamic business environment.This role reports into the CHRO.Job DescriptionCollaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the organization's talent management strategy in alignment with business objectives.Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform future talent needs and strategies.Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders and high performing organization.Design, develop, and facilitate training programs and supervise external consultants.Work with senior leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees.Enhance the performance management system to include regular feedback, goal setting, and development planning.Promote a culture of accountability by ensuring consistent performance evaluations and development discussions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.Conduct regular assessments to measure employee satisfaction and organizational culture, using the data to drive improvements.Assess organizational training needs and design effective training programs to support employee development and skill enhancement.Foster a culture of continuous learning through coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent management strategy.Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Management team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Build and maintain relationships across the organization to influence and support talent initiatives.Provide HR generalist business partnering to build strong internal client relationships, understand internal client businesses and guide people strategy, organizational design, business transformation, talent management, and workforce planning.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Measure and track outcomes of talent management initiatives.Develop and maintain competency models, career development frameworks, and related definitions to support initiatives.Serve as consultant for organizational and team development throughout the organization to provide pragmatic solutions that positively impact the business.Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools. Provide coaching and support to key leaders.Research and monitor emerging best practices in the field of talent management, identifying and adapting practices that meet the company's evolving needs and business challenges.Manage talent management and succession planning processes to achieve improved bench strength and increased level of talent in Company's key positions.Lead annual talent review process, develop talent review templates and communicates process to HR and business leaders. Facilitate calibration discussions by providing information, insights and best practices.Analyze talent and succession data to identify insights, trends, gaps and make business recommendations to address.Qualifications:10+ years related HR experience in talent management, organizational development or related HR fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Bachelors Degree preferred with emphasis in HR, OD, Business Administration or related field preferred or combination of education and experience.Proven expertise in building talent management strategies that align with business goals.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent consulting, client management, change management, and project management skills.Team player.Experience with performance management systems and talent development programs.In depth knowledge of talent management trends, tools, and practices.Demonstrated experience with adult learning, curriculum design methodology, learning strategy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, including program facilitation and influencing skills.Skill in managing multiple business relationships, projects, and priorities in multiple locations.Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.Strategic planning acumen with sound technical skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, solid judgment and a strong business focus.Business acumen, analytical skills and learning agility, as demonstrated by the ability to think deeply and systematically about business problems, breakdown those problems and define and present creative solutions.Strong integrator mindset (organizational savvy, strategic agility, resourcefulness). Develops collaborative relationships and networks and influences across matrix reporting lines and functions to get things done.Demonstrated ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.Total Rewards at Enterprise:You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.The base salary for this role is $170,000 to $190,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.At Enterprise, our benefits form a major component of our total rewards package.
