We are seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to develop and enhance conference room solutions in San Francisco. This role focuses on innovating and implementing cutting-edge audio-visual and IT solutions, ensuring high-quality communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with extensive experience in UC technologies, eager to design and automate systems for improved productivity and user experience.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement cutting-edge audio-visual and IT solutions for conference rooms.Upgrade and enhance existing systems to meet organizational needs.Develop automation solutions to streamline operations.Provide expert technical support and perform regular maintenance.Leverage APIs for system integration and continuously innovate based on UC technology trends.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Unified Communications skills.Proficiency in Microsoft, Zoom, and Polycom systems.Extensive experience with API integration.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role, focusing on UC technologies and solutions.Microsoft certification, though not mandatory.ABOUT AKRAYA
