LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Office Manager for a small financial firm located in Seattle, WA. This role is 100% on-site. This person will manage all administration functions for this office including client relations, scheduling, paperwork compliance, project coordination and basic accounts receivables.What you’ll be doing:Provide administrative support to the CEO and Sr LeadershipAssist with daily communications to clientsProvide a variety of office organization including ordering supplies, documentation management, filing and report packagingMaintain and update client database and paperwork complianceCompile and manage expense reportingOversee accounts receivable tasks related to invoicing, deposits and monthly statementsCoordinate calendar bookings for customers and internal team membersCollaborate with other executive staff team members and provide assistance on ad hoc projects as neededQualifications needed to be successful in the role:3 plus years of experience in managing office administration related tasksExperience managing customer service tasksBasic accounting terminology or financial aptitudeProficiency in MS Office Suite and interest in learning new technology systemsStrong desire and aptitude for learning with inquisitive mindHighly organized, detail oriented and effective communicatorProven ability to self-manage while working collaboratively with a teamA passion to serve and anticipate needsWhat you'll love about your new job:Team centric environment surrounded by passionate, caring, smart, focused and driven peopleHigh company morale with passionate leaders that invest in their employees and their communityCompany paid benefits to include medical, dental, vision, and PTO

Pay Details:
