Change Management Lead

The Change Management Lead acts as an organizational change manager in the Roll-In project of the Amplify program. Responsibilities include preparing the Roll-In CM approach, managing and executing the change management plan, and ensuring business ownership and sustainment. The Roll-In CM Lead is responsible for applying the methodology, capabilities, joint resources, and structures as set by the Amplify Change Management team.

Responsibilities
Apply and adhere to CM framework and structures as set by the Amplify Change Management Team:
Prepare Roll-In CM approach integrated with project approach, including change impact assessment.
CM Planning and execution with the project including leadership activation and communications and local stakeholders' engagement. Monitor training plan execution and support with logistics.
Member of Roll-In Core Team. Report to Project and Program on Change Health, Change Risk, Change Readiness, and Change Plan execution.
Ensure assessment of business change readiness for adoption and usage and surface results to the Project, respective business sponsors, and benefit owners.
Coach and support project sponsor with leading the change in respective organization.
Member of the Amplify Change Management team, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of the Amplify Change Management strategy and approach.
Critical Skills & Knowledge
Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Presentation skills
IT proficiency for daily work (i.e., MS Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
Change Impact capturing and analysis
Communications planning and materials preparation
Change Management methodologies including Prosci (Certification required, ACMP meriting)
Knowledge of Change Models (including ADKAR)
Education & ExperienceTwo or more years working with change management, including at least one year’s experience as an organizational change manager with people adoption and usage dependency. Experience from project management is a merit. A Bachelor degree or higher is preferred.
