We are searching for a Change Manager to support the technical refresh of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support business processes. Our talented team is currently working to improve product catalog search (ABi), health care facilities management, medical equipment and supply management, and Federal Electronic Health Record interoperability between the DHA and VA.
Upon reaching full operating capability in November 2026, we will roll all legacy medical logistics applications into a single, web-based application and provide an enterprise view of all logistics lines of business.
Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy - Define SuccessIdentify Stakeholders (Note: This includes Identifying Change Champion and Critical Communication Pathways)Conduct Readiness AssessmentsConduct Site Visits (remotely)Develop Risk MetricsDevelop Change Readiness Plan of ActionBrandingCreating Communication Plan (newsletters, videos, etc)Training PlanResistance Management PlanMeasure Outcomes/MetricsPlease note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive, and the successful candidate may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain federal clearanceMinimum of 5 years of change management experience in a similar roleProven proficiency with ProSci and ADKAR models (Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner certificate preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, or similar field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and JiraExperience in an Agile environmentProven experience creating communications materials.
