We are seeking a

Creative Media Design/ Change Strategist

to support our Continued Service Improvement (CSI) contract, which serves the Defense Health Agency and the Department of Defense through its unique approach to innovative learning development and training delivery, system architecture, documentation development and review, Tier III Help Desk support, independent validation and verification system testing to support over 24,000 DoD users.

Position requires US citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:Customer-Facing Expertise:Demonstrated proficiency in effectively engaging with customers.Comfortable attending and contributing to a high volume of meetings.

Creative Problem Solver:Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.

Communication, Branding and Social Media Strategy:Understanding of communication strategies with a focus on effective implementation.Expertise in managing social media platforms for effective communication and brand presence.Experience in maintaining and enhancing brand identity, ensuring consistency across communication channels.Possesses a contemporary design sense; a portfolio or work examples showcasing a modern aesthetic would be highly beneficial.Proven ability to create engaging and impactful content across various mediums.

Multimedia Support:Capable of providing support for graphics and videos, enhancing overall communication strategies.

Writing Support:Written communications skills to include experience writing and researching articles, blogs, etc.Comfortable researching and writing about unfamiliar topics (sometimes technical).Proposal writing experience is a plus.

Change Management:Knowledge of ProSci and ADKAR models (Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner certificate preferred).Identify Stakeholders (Note: This includes Identifying Change Champion and Critical Communication Pathways).Conduct Readiness Assessments.Conduct Site Visits (remotely).Develop Risk Metrics.Develop Change Readiness Plan of Action.Creating Communication Plan (newsletters, videos, etc).Contributing to Training Plan and Resistance Management Plan.Measure Outcomes/Metrics.Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive, and the successful candidate may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.

Not Required, Considered a Bonus:Government Knowledge and/or Adept w/ Large Organization Culture:Familiarity with Agile government processes; DHA experience is a definite plus.

User Adoption Expertise (Desirable, not required):Knowledgeable in driving user adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation and utilization of products/services.

Training Expertise (Desirable, not required):Experience or background in training methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Event Planning including Virtual EventsKnowledge of the following tools is preferred:Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Audition).WordPress.Microsoft Teams & Sharepoint.Google Analytics or similar (data visualization software)/Social media analytics tools for performance measurement.Jira & Confluence.Email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Survey Monkey).Articulate Storyline.Adobe Captivate.Figma or Adobe XD.Social Media Management Tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer or similar tools for scheduling and managing social media posts).
