Reformer Pilates Coordinator

to launch our brand new reformer program. You will be required to work with our great team and to head up the group exercise department for Pilates and Wellness.

This is a part time position

however the successful applicant will need to be available due to the needs and demands of the facility.Skills & Attributes:The ability to work independently with flexible hoursHave an understanding of group fitness programs and the timetable and develop the classes and their instructors.Ability to recruit instructors.Monitor existing instructors and evaluate the program regularlyWHS ComplianceEnsure safe and efficient operations of the areas of responsibility within company policies, procedure and guidelinesEnsuring number of members grow in the program by advertising and promoting the classesWork within the structure of the program timetableManage booking system for Reformer Pilates classesManage class feedbackSet up of room for Pilates classesGeneration and follow up of Clinical Pilates sessions through funded programs.Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, or Group Exercise Instructor (GEI).Current Senior First Aid & CPR CertificateWorking with Children's CheckAgree to undergo police check as part of the employment processDriven to success with friendly can-do attitudeAvailability to work evenings and weekends is essentialPrevious industry experience is highly regarded!The CompanyBelgravia Leisure
