This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual looking to lead our health club team and drive members to achieve their goals.The RoleEast Fremantle Community Park is looking for a Group Exercise Coordinator to lead our team of Instructors and launch our Group Exercise Program to the Community. Be a part of our AMAZING CLUB and recruit, lead & develop our Super-Star team at our brand-new Super Club!The ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures, and needs is essential. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.About youDo you love teaching Group Exercise Classes?Are you qualified in a minimum of two Les Mills Programs?Do you want to inspire others in their health & wellbeing journey?Are you a natural leader?Are you looking for a part-time opportunity - 15 hours per week minimum for GEC duties plus facilitate classes yourself at class rates!If yes, then this is for you!In this position, you'll be growing a vital part of our health club – GROUP EXERCISE!As the Group Exercise Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be:Achieving growth in Group Exercise attendanceRecruiting, mentoring & ongoing assessment of InstructorsCreating Launch Timetable and seasonally adjusting Group Exercise Timetables (Live and Virtual)Collating Instructor InvoicesPreparing Social Media posts to promote Group ExerciseCommunicating with the Instructor Team about Club PromotionsTo be successful you must:3+ years’ experience in teaching Group Exercise ClassesBe willing to work closely with the Health Club Coordinator and State Health & Wellbeing Manager to ensure Group Exercise Program meets KPIsBe friendly and personable with members and colleaguesBe certified in a minimum of 2 Les Mills ProgramsHave completed an AIM1/AIM2/Advanced Training in a minimum of 1 Les Mills ProgramHave a passion for Group ExerciseDesire to grow attendance of Group Exercise ClassesPossess excellent communication skillsBe able to work autonomously and be great with time-managementA strong understanding of the English LanguageBe competent in using Excel (training will be provided)Highly Desirable:Qualification and experience in Reformer PilatesUnderstanding of the local East Fremantle areaLes Mills Presenter experienceLarge network of Group Exercise Instructor contactsIf you are a passionate person who realizes the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilize your skills and passion in a health training environment, we want to hear from you!Simply complete the application process by clicking the Apply Now button and we’ll be in touch.We are committed to providing a child safe environment.
