Help shape and prioritize Suterra’s global Product Development roadmap by delivering market analyses and developing business cases, driven by grower needs and emerging trendsLead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product development projects on time, and on budgetDevelop Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and existing product and service enhancementsBuild relationships with decision-makers at key growers and drive adoption, acting as the primary interfaceCollaborate with the Commercial facing teams to transition from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processesQualifications

Curiosity and a passion for continuous learningExcellent relationship-building skills, especially with growers, backed up by solid written and oral communication skillsProficiency in complex project management, and the ability to integrate technical problem-solving into a plan for executing in the fieldProven track record of driving multi-tasked measurable business outcomes to success, on time, in a team settingBusiness-first mentality and a bias for actionAutonomy to perform at a high level with limited supervision, and interact with executives and individual contributors simultaneouslyAbility to work and interact globally across different time zones, languages and culturesAbility to travel up to 40% when necessaryEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in agriculture-related field, engineering or similar scientific disciplines5+ years experience in agriculture or related fields, manufacturing or other industries where physical product development plays a critical roleWorking knowledge of commercial agriculture, grower operations and the associated inputs required for successPay Range: $110,000-150,000 and may include the opportunity for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent on skills and experience.
