This role can be in New York NY, Pittsburgh, PA, or Houston TX.This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Product Execution: Part of a team that evaluates products within the Structured Finance offering (Document Custody) under an Agile Product Operating Model framework.Establishes the strategic approach with input from the business and market factors in the development of product enhancements to continue to grow our business.Manages the product life cycle from development through marketing. Evaluates suggested areas for enhancement of new/innovative features and determines the most viable options to pursue.Evaluation and analysis of product processes, automation opportunities, and profitability.Able to negotiate the implementation of current work, make the right trade-off decisions to focus resources on opportunities.Able to identify and work through challenges independently and communicate effectively in written and verbal means.Experienced in working with cross-functional teams including front office sales/relationship management, legal/risk, client service, operations, and enterprise functions (finance, compliance).Customer Insight: Comfortable working with all levels of client stakeholders autonomously to drive effective delivery. Able to define proper measurement to analyze the impact that our focus has in improving a process or expanding a product offering.Works with cross-functional team to make recommendations on the right next steps. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
