What success looks like in this role:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital analytics strategies that enable proper tracking of marketing performance.Lead the analytics team in analyzing data and generating insights from various digital channels, including social media, website traffic, email campaigns, and paid media.Demonstrate the levers of success between marketing performance and lead/opportunity conversions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts.Provide real-time actionable insights for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and budget requirements.Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.Set KPIs for digital marketing and track performance to goal.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and introduce new tools and techniques to enhance the team's capabilities.Develop a modeling practice to pull actionable lead, intent, and performance data.Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.You will be successful in this role if you have:QualificationsMarketing:Undergraduate degree in business intelligence, digital analytics, business or related field required; and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media insights.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.Strong written communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools such as Pardot and Salesforce.com.Experience in social media and digital marketing.This position will be required to work Eastern Time Zone.
