DescriptionIn this role, you will play a crucial part in collecting and analyzing HR metrics and data from various sources, including our HCM system, Workday, employee surveys, and more. Your insights will drive recommendations for policies and activities aimed at improving recruitment, employee retention, and legal compliance.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.3 - 5 years of reporting, data analysis, and modeling experience with Workday or other HCM platforms or Business Intelligence applications.3+ years of Workday HRIS Administrator experience.Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting and Tableau.Basic understanding of Workday security.ResponsibilitiesCollect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources.Create simple to complex report queries in Workday for ad-hoc reporting requests.Make recommendations for policies and activities based on metrics and analysis to improve recruitment and retention.Maintain HR Dashboard in PowerBi and manage relevant HR metrics for business leaders.Analyze data for trends related to recruitment practices, candidate sources, turnover, and compliance.Assist HR in leveraging data analytics to design programs and measure their success.Partner with the compensation team to evaluate roles and recommend options for job architecture and compensation alignment.Analyze survey results and lead discussions on initiatives for improvement.Conduct or assist with classification audits to ensure proper job classification.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.Employment Type: Full-Time
