About the role:

Director of Outlets oversees all grab-n-go outlets that are part of the indoor & outdoor waterpark. This individual reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and works closely with the Waterpark management team to ensure that guests are having a positive waterpark experience. This leadership position is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have a customer-centric personality and collaborate with the culinary team to exceed food quality and service standards. They will have financial oversight over each outlet, including review of daily revenues and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in food and beverage management.

Previous experience in high volume multi-unit restaurant and bar environment.

Leadership skills coach & mentor the service team.

Knowledge of financial reports; ability to develop strategies that support business objectives.

Sound time management skills.

Read, write and speak English fluently; clear & concise communication skills.

Ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, customer service and sanitation certifications.

Have or will acquire all required food & beverage certifications.
