What you will get to do as a Customer Acquisition Manager with Road Runner Sports:

Drive development and execution of paid advertising that supports new customer and revenue growth in our web and retail channels.

Support strategy for driving VIP program awareness and conversions via paid channels.

Oversee execution of COOP marketing initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and core brand partners.

Develop and maintain KPIs/reporting to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Act as the point of contact for key agencies, keeping them informed of objectives, ROAS goals, priorities, timelines, content updates, and budget parameters.

Understand the paid media landscape and drive asset development from concept to completion based on industry trends and brand guidelines.

Drive day-to-day performance and reporting for core paid channels (Search, shopping, SEO, local SEO, social ads, affiliate, YouTube, display/retargeting among others).

Identify and implement new tactics or partners to acquire new customers.

Own the acquisition budget in accordance with goals and ROAS targets, ensuring key team members are informed of spending trends and projections.

Maintain YOY history/details on campaigns and promotions, run dates, and performance.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration.

Multi-Channel retailer experience preferred.

Proven success in creating attribution models that align with company goals & objectives.

Knowledge or experience in the fitness/wellness or athletic space ideal but not required.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Ads platform, Impact (or similar affiliate platform) & Facebook ads manager.

Strong understanding of the performance marketing landscape and proven ability to identify new opportunities & digital trends.

Proven excellence in paid search, SEO, YouTube, CTV, paid social & affiliate marketing channels.

Ability to manage budgets efficiently; tracking spend, and ensuring ROAS goals are met.

Experience managing the digital marketing expense report process, accruals, ensuring all vendors adhere to payment terms and approvals meet deadlines.

Ability to lead projects collaboratively across internal & external teams.

High attention to detail and ability to articulate trends and results through data.

Ability to execute on tight timelines and adapt quickly to meet business needs.

Strength in project management from concept to completion; able to follow processes, complete project briefs, and meet deadlines.

Experience working closely with external agencies; keeping them informed of key objectives, priorities, timelines, and budgets as well as providing marketing materials and asset delivery under deadline.

Strong understanding of high converting creative, content & messaging based on channel & objective.

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

Compensation Min: USD $95,000.00/Yr. Compensation Max: USD $110,000.00/Yr.
