Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for our client in the Construction and Real Estate Industry. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and optimize a marketing budget, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. You'll also be responsible for leading and developing our internal marketing and external marketing partners. This hands-on position is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to make a significant impact on our company and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Digital Marketing:

Own and develop digital marketing efforts, becoming a subject matter expert in the company's website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Content Creation:

Create, edit, and keep-up-to-date informed content across all marketing channels.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies. Implement A/B testing and other methods to refine campaigns. Deliver regular performance reports, including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and lead generation metrics.

Brand Development:

Drive the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence across all channels. Ensure consistent messaging, design, and customer experience.

Campaign Execution:

Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from conception to completion. Coordinate creative development, media planning, and performance analysis.

Budget Management:

Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels, campaigns, and initiatives. Track ROI and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Development:

Hire, train, and manage internal and external marketing team members as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

CRM and Tools:

Manage the company’s CRM. Utilize email provider, website host, analytics tools, Google Analytics, and additional reporting tools for performance tracking as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing channels

Real Estate marketing experience preferred

Proven ability to work independently

Strong organization skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Strong financial, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
