This role is part of an expert central team that works across functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Partners, Bus) with regional Commercial Operations teams to design and implement best practices for cross functional revenue planning, execution, reporting and analytics. This role supports the VP RTM Performance and Planning and will be a strategic influencer in all elements of Direct and Indirect Sales, including structure, systems, process, outsourcing, recruitment and enablement, sales compensation, and other key elements.Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze operational performance, industry trends, market changes and our competition to understand threats and opportunities.Support the VP RTM Performance and Planning in delivering key strategic projects, work cross functionally, to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analysis, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data driven process.Analyze business performance to generate proposals for how growth can be accelerated.Develop metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and efficiency. Work with local Commercial Operations teams to drive adoption and standardization of use.Partner with Go To Market leadership establishing strong relationships that improve commercial performance.Diagnose and assess performance as well as define steps for remediation to ensure continuous improvement.Support with the formalization and evolution of the GTM commercial model for strategic growth products, including cost of sales and ARR for direct and indirect, NCA and in-life.Qualifications
10+ years of demonstrable delivery record in a consultancy/strategy or project-oriented business environment with strong analytical skills.Deep expertise in emerging/high tech strategic growth products and SaaS.Experience working with deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders, especially senior leadership; execution driven.Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.Preferred extensive network of working relationships across Sage functions and regions.Plenty of perks:
