This role is part of an expert central team that works across functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Partners, Bus) with regional Commercial Operations teams to design and implement best practices for cross functional revenue planning, execution, reporting and analytics. This role supports the VP RTM Performance and Planning and will be a strategic influencer in all elements of annual and continuous planning cycle and will be the day to day representative for RTM in the planning cycle.Key Responsibilities:Develops best in class SaaS GTM planning frameworks and supports local Commercial Operations teams to adopt these.Builds and deploys GTM capacity models aligned to RTM blueprints that can be deployed by local Commercial Operations teams to deliver annual and continuous GTM planning cycles.Key participant in annual and quarterly planning cycle – acting as day to day representative for RTM team.Setting standards for GTM efficiency and productivity metrics.Develops close working relationships with local and global FP&A teams.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in deep financial, revenue and operational expertise in emerging/high tech strategic growth products and SaaS.Process and detail oriented, deep analytical skills and data driven decision maker.Deep expertise in Direct and Indirect Sales “motions”; knowledge of direct and indirect sales structures, processes, incentive designs, and revenue operations.Preferred Deep financial and operational expertise in Sage Intacct product line.Plenty of perks:Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably).Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage.401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%).32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday).18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date.5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation).$5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date.Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually).Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings.What it’s like to work at Sage:People make Sage great.
